The project started with establishing the Map of competences and creation of the innovative and integrative European Training Model, aiming to improve the competences of tutors , trainers in company and other categories of VET professionals involved in work based learning and dual learning.
The Model is the theoretical foundation, which supports the creation of the Training Curriculum and suitable training objectives and outputs, for tutors and trainers in company, focused on organizing, planning and implementing the training and assessing the trainees.
Then, partners collected from Internet Training/learning assessment materials and created Learning tools, organized in attractive presentations with links to additional resources, Youtube videos, animations and quizzes.
A easy to navigate Online course, was also built and made available on the project learning platform in English , Romanian, Spanish Polish and German.
Using the created resources, partners set up a Massive Open Online Course (MOOC), an innovative pedagogical approach of co-learning through co-creation, based on digital integration in learning, aiming to train the tutors and workplace trainers for providing a good quality work-based learning and dual learning .
During a joint staff Training Workshop, trainers from partner organizations and associated partners were trained to conduct the learning activities and facilitate the learning on the MOOC .
The MOOC, lasting for six weeks are delivered to tutors and trainers in workplace environments and other VET professionals, recruited by partners from Romania, Poland, Austria and Spain or registered via web.
Then, during the face to face Training workshops organized in Romania and Poland , VET teachers, staff and managers involved in work based learning and dual learning, were trained for planning, implementing and assuring quality of WBL training programs and for assessment, validation, transfer and recognition of the learning outputs.
To promote the project products were organized National Seminars and a European Conference, attended by stakeholders and potential users, who learned how to use the project platform and how to use the developed training model, curriculum and resources to create new training.
