Activities TOTVET

The project started  with establishing the Map of competences and  creation of  the innovative and integrative European Training Model, aiming to  improve the competences  of tutors , trainers in company and other categories of VET  professionals  involved in work based learning and dual learning.

The Model is   the theoretical foundation, which supports  the  creation of the  Training Curriculum and suitable training  objectives and outputs, for tutors and  trainers in company,  focused on   organizing, planning and implementing the training and assessing the  trainees.

Then, partners  collected  from Internet Training/learning assessment materials and created Learning tools, organized in attractive  presentations with links to additional resources,   Youtube videos, animations and  quizzes.

A  easy to navigate Online course, was also built and made  available  on the project learning platform in English , Romanian, Spanish  Polish and German.

Using the created resources, partners set up a  Massive Open Online Course  (MOOC), an  innovative pedagogical approach of co-learning through co-creation,  based on digital integration in learning, aiming to train  the tutors and workplace trainers for  providing a good quality  work-based learning and dual learning .

During  a joint staff Training Workshop,   trainers from partner organizations  and associated partners  were  trained   to  conduct the learning activities and facilitate  the learning on  the MOOC .

The MOOC, lasting  for six  weeks   are   delivered to  tutors  and trainers  in workplace environments and other VET professionals,  recruited by partners from  Romania, Poland, Austria and Spain or registered  via web.

Then, during the face to face Training workshops organized   in Romania and  Poland ,  VET teachers, staff and managers  involved in work based learning  and dual learning,   were  trained for  planning,  implementing  and  assuring  quality of WBL training programs and for assessment, validation, transfer and recognition of the learning outputs.

To  promote the  project products were  organized  National Seminars and a European Conference,  attended by  stakeholders  and potential users,  who learned  how   to  use the project platform and how  to use the developed training model, curriculum and resources to create  new  training.
